It is a known fact that I facking LOVE waffles....delicious, buttery, fluffy, yet crispy on the outside waffles. I only eat them on vacation/trips, but Muffin treated me to a special breakfast this morning at The Waffle Spot. Who knew such a yummy and kitschy spot existed on Hotel Circle?

"The Wave."

I want Remy to experience so much more in his final years. He may not have hiked to this gorgeous spot today, but he sat like the good boy he is in my pack pack the whole way. Spaghetti with my love inside The Wave is going to be one of my favorite memories.
